sudo rm /var/lib/dpkg/info/flashplugin-installer.postrm does not help

workaround:
- search for "flashplugin-installer" and "flashplugin" with nautilus
- remove all the packages and dirs found
- update cache
- flashplugin-installer can be installed without issue
