Bug Description
Binary package hint: flashplugin-nonfree
After upgrading from 9.10 64-bit to 10.04 alpha 3 64-bit, the flash plugin was not available in either Firefox or Chrome (no other browsers tested). This was verified by going to youtube.com and about:plugins in Firefox. The package was installed and was previously working in karmic. I resolved the problem by doing `sudo apt-get purge flashplugin-nonfree flashplugin-
linux: Ubuntu 10.04 (Lucid) 64-bit
firefox: 3.6+nobinonly-
flash: 10.0.45.2ubuntu1
I had the same problem, but from 9.10 32-bit to 10.04 beta 1 32-bit. Following the instructions above, got resolved easily.
