Bug Description
Tried to install flashplugin-nonfree but it didn't work, and Synaptic gave no errors. I looked in the Firefox plugins directory but couldn't find the plugin.
Seems like the installer tried to download a file that was no longer there. Going to Macromedias site and downloading their archive and installing it with "sudo update-flashplugin -l /path/to/

apparently macromedia removed the fpdownload. macromedia. com site. Replacing the site with download. macromedia. com does the trick.
