http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/multi/flash-player-11-problems-playing.html#id_48891 says that libhal is required to play Protected video content, it would be nice if libhal was either suggested or recommended so that worked on Precise.

3) I expect to be able to play protected content when I install flash.
4) libhal was missing, causing play of protected content to not function.
