Bug Description

On ubunu 12.10, using muon-updater to keep packages up to date. After doing an update, I sometime see a yellow lightbulb on the tray. Clicking it gets a box that says:
----------------------
Failure to download extra data files

The following packages requested additional data downloads after package installation, but the data could not be downloaded or could not be processed .... flashplugin-installer... The download will be attempted again later, or you can try the download again now. Running this command requires and active internet connection.

Button: Run this action now.
----------------------
clicking the button, a new terminal window opens saying:
----------------------
flashplugin-installer: downloading http://archive.canonical.com/pool/partner/a/adobe-flashplugin/adobe-flashplugin_11.2.202.273.orig.tar.gz
----------------------
...then, nothing. No indication of progress, what is happening, what I should do or not do. Eventually, some more text comes up on the terminal:
----------------------
Installing from local file /tmp/tmpyRu6WZ.gz
Flash Plugin installed.
----------------------
...again, no indication of what should be done. Finally I decided it was OK to close the terminal window and the 'Failure to download' dialog box. This turned out to be OK (it seems), since flash seems to have been upgraded correctly.

The interface of the plugin being downloaded/installed needs to be improved. It should provide the user with feedback so they understand what's happening and what they should do (or not do). For instance, once the terminal window opens, it should say something like

'Will now attempt to download and install flash plugin. Please leave this terminal window open until the process is complete."

Then durring the download it should show the progress, or at least say 'downloading files, please wait"

Then when its done it should say somthing to the effect of "installation complete, you can close this terminal window now".
