Go to this website : http://www.un-miroir.com/ and, then, let Flash ask you the autorisation to use your Webcam or your mike. It freezes automatically. Notice : It works well with Ubuntu 2D, Gnome Shell, but not with Ubuntu-Session-Fallback.
