Binary package hint: flash-kernel

currently the -- notation on live images is not respected or used by flash-kernel-installer.postinst
functionallity to make use of that feature should be added to flash-kernel-installer.postinst eventually

The flash-kernel-installer package (being a udeb) is no longer produced; is this still relevant? (just trawling through all the old f-k bugs in a bid to clean things up a bit)
