[Lart me if this is the wrong place to file this.]
The libflac4->libflac6 upgrade makes it impossible to install muine, which still
depends on libflac4.

We don't track bugs in unsupported packages in this system, but note that we do
intend to fix all of the libflac4->libflac6 breakage in universe before release.
