Hi,

As indicated by the name, libflac*4*, this package is supposed to
contains a .so.4 (the policy naming is libnamesoname). If the soname has
changed to 6, the binary package containing it should be renamed to
libflac6, this is a libflac. BTW there is already some duplicates of
this bug:
#288876: libflac4: wrong soname on binary package (should be libflac6)
#289028: libflac4 makes amarok choke
#289077: apt-get -u dist-upgrade error with libflac4

I've reassign to flac and merging the bugs.

> Workaround: ln -s /usr/lib/libFLAC.so.6 /usr/lib/libFLAC.so.4

The soname has probably changed for a reason, don't forget to remove the
link when the package will be fixed to not create other bugs on your
system due to this.
