Bug Description
Binary package hint: fish
I get this error every time I log into a session with fish and then change directories.
Also the path shown in the prompt is blank, though it should be ~. After changing directories, it prints the error and then the prompt is correct. This has only been happening since the Intrepid update as far as i can tell.

This happens when I login remotely with ssh too.
