Bug Description
If I go to the Add-ons manager, and select "Plugins", and then "Check to see if your plugins are up to date", I'll get a page telling me there's an upgrade for silverligt. But when I "upgrade", I get just the same old version (and firefox continues to claim there's silverlight upgrade available).
