Bug Description
Binary package hint: firefox
From the Attached Crash Report:
Distro Release: Ubuntu 6.10
System Arch: GNU/Linux
Package (version): firefox (2.0.0.
Source Package: firefox
Original Description:
To reproduce:
1. Start firefox
2. Open a few web pages
Sooner or later cpu and memory go ballistic, the computer freezes and or hopefully firefox crashes and I can get control of the PC back.
This Pc has 384mb RAM, with Ubuntu, gnome, some applets and often no other app started.
Judging by the mass of other crash reports this is obviously very buggy crappy software.

Thank you David for this report.
Does it happens always on whatever page you visit, or do those pages have flash, video, ...?
