Doesn't offer to, or translate web pages to users language

There are many tv and movie web sites coming form other countries and are in other languages,
but they have American shows.

Chrome allows you to go directly to the web site by url entry or via link. At the top of the page a translation
application pops up when a web is an foreign language and offers you to select translation. I live in Chinese
house hold but I watch old movies and TV shows on Chinese Web sites everyday. This trend will be one that
grows on an international level.

Before I began watching movies on foriegn web sites, I used fire fox for everything, now I uses chrome 50%
of the time. Other uses would include people doing research on the internet.

What was a non-implemented feature is now a browser defect, which has significant repurcussions on the
market stability of firefox.
