Firefox on Kubuntu print always in portrait

Bug Description
Regardless of my orientation in page preview / print settings, pages are always printed in portrait.
When I choose landscape, the printout is croped on the left and right side with ample white space on top and bottom of the page.
Kubuntu 11.10, Linux deneb 3.0.0-13-generic #22-Ubuntu SMP Wed Nov 2 13:27:26 UTC 2011 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux
