Bug Description
After having closed FF then trying to open again I'll get an error saying that it's already open that I'll need to close or restart my system. If I try to close the system I'll get a firefox-bin not responding. I tell it to shut down anyway. This isn't constant. It's an off and on problem that I've been having for over a week now. I'm using Ubuntu Lucid Gnome version. I've noticed that that something similar was also reported around December of 2010. Still an open problem or is there something new that is causing this to come back again?
