Bug Description

See the attached screen shot. On first run Firefox presents a pop-up that isn't related to running the application.

Which pop-up? If you're taking about the info-bar, then you might want to look through bug 269656 to see why that is there.

Yes. That's the one.

It's just distraction and should be removed. I'm quite familiar with the history. The history doesn't make it's presence less annoying.
