Bug Description
When visiting a site such as www.hardocp.com and using the wheel mouse to
scroll, if one uses the wheel mouse to scroll while the cursor happens to be
over an area where a flash ad is, a prompt comes up information the page
requires a plugin.
Dialog is as such:
"This page contains information of a type (application/
can only be viewed with the appropriate Plug-in."
Clicking ok gets rid of the prompt, but clicking cancel does nothing.
