auto-completion bar prevents virtual keyboard input

Bug Description

When using florence virtual keyboard with firefox 5 in natty, results changing in the location bar prevent keypresses being received on first press. The second press of the key works. The issue goes away if you disable suggestions in the location bar.

It's not just florence: the same behavior occurs with cellwriter's onscreen keyboard.

Onboard works correctly, however.

Onboard is failing with firefox 11 and 12, too. Both location barr and search bar affected.
Autocompletion forms on pages are okay with onboard, though.
