cannot access my yahoo mail folders in firefox

Binary package hint: firefox

I cannot access my email folders in firefox yet I can access them in Chromium or firefox on other computers. When I first log in, the chat window does not load (takes forever) and when I close it, I still cannot access the folders. I am thinking of reinstalling firefox....

Thank you for reporting back. I understand it happened in the past on versions earlier than trusty. I was wondering if it is still happening as of today in trusty or later.

If you can still reproduce the problem today, please let us know the release of Ubuntu and version of Firefox that you are running.
