Bug Description

Firefox crashed when the file upload dialog opened.

Please attach the crash report. Also, could you tell us what site you were trying to upload too, and how big the file was?

I tried to attach the file but I got 500 error.

I tried to upload a file to a phpbb3 forum. The size of the file is 800KB.

I will try to attach the file again.

Could you install the firefox-dbg package and try uploading to the forum again? You should be able to get a better backtrace that way and we should be able to do something about it.

For me, it crashed when trying to upload to Picasa web (http://picasaweb.google.com). The dialog opens, but it is not responding and it freezes all firefox windows. After a while firefox crashes. It happened several times with different sites.
PS: I had Pandora (http://www.pandora.com) running all the time, I think. It runs flash, and I have Adobe Flash Player 9.
