LL 10.04.2; FF 3.6.15 Submit Crash Report "ticked" on is not working/staying on

When I re-check for the "Submit Crash Report" tick box, it only shows un-ticked.

**Update 3-14-11 3:09AM PST** Apparently this option must "ticked" only in Standard Browsing mode first, NOT in Private Browsing mode. Once "ticked" on in Standard Browsing mode, it shall stay "ticked" on when switching to Private mode. Just my thoughts; It should be working in either mode, for turning on Submit Crash Report option.? Thanks to all involved, in making Ubuntu/Firefox better. :)

**2nd Update 3-14-11 9:50PM PST** This bug is still there. When I close FF, then restart FF the bug still does show up. Thanks. :)

Thanks for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better. We appreciate the difficulties you are facing, but this appears to be a "regular" (non-security) bug. I have unmarked it as a security issue since this bug does not show evidence of allowing attackers to cross privilege boundaries nor directly cause loss of data/privacy. Please feel free to report any other bugs you may find.

We are sorry that we do not always have the capacity to look at all reported bugs in a timely manner. You reported this bug some time ago and there have been many changes in Ubuntu since that time.

Presumably this problem was a one time occurrence and/or is no longer an issue? Can the bug report now be closed? If we do not hear from you the bug report will close itself in approximately 60 days time.
