Crashed downloading a pdf with "save link as..."

Bug Description

visited www.summittools.com.
clicked on "flyers"
right clicked on the flyer image, and chose "save link as..." and firefox crashed as I was choosing a location in which to save the file.

Visiting http://www.usingcsp.com/ and clicking (with left mouse button) http://www.usingcsp.com/cspbook.pdf caused a crash. I would post the crash dump, but 27.9MB isn't working.

Which flash package do you have installed?
Which Java package do you have installed?
Which firefox extensions do you have installed?

There seems to be a moderate number of reports with the same behaviour so unless someone thinks the opposite I'm going to merge those common reports.
