xubuntu, doesn't start 'apport' and doesn't open the browser

You can not start 'apport-collect' even the browser.
The error you see in the picture.

In fact, the file 'x-www-browser-bin' does not exist.

Not sure what's wrong then, in any case this isn't a bug in apport but in python-launchpadlib, apport just calls Launchpad.login_with() which then opens the browser for the credentials.

python-launchpadlib just imports webbrowser and calls webbrowser.open() with the oauth token url.
