Hey, looks like you probably are in the same boat as a lot of other users. Unfortunetly, ubuntu doesn't have access to the source of flashplayer, so we just have to sit tight until adobe makes their next release.

I've tried reproducing it in gdb a couple of times, but to no avail. This
movie is 45min long, and firefox crashed when I was tying to play a chunk
from the middle of the movie. I recall letting it download (maybe 15megs)
and moving the cursor to the end of that chunk.
