Bug Description
1. Open document with web links
2. Click on them
3. Expierence big "huh!?" if you have ten Firefox windows already open but you don't know which one has opened link in new tab. It specially confuses common users which expects window to show up in foreground
4. Click again more n times to get n tabs open in unknown Firefox window
What I would like to have is that URL should open in tab, there is no problem with that, but bring Firefox in foreground, please :)

Firefox is responsible for bringing its window to the foreground.
This is not the same as bug 41623, as it happens when not using metacity, and 41623 affects new windows, not new tabs.
