System freeze when opening a certain image in Firefox

When opening the following image in firefox it will freeze my pc. When looking at top over ssh I see Xorg cpu usage shooting no 100% and after that the complete system hangs. Chromium and eog have no problem with this image, also this does not happen using firefox at my other pc that runs 10.04 (32 bit).

We are sorry that we do not always have the capacity to review all reported bugs in a timely manner. You reported this bug some time ago and there have been many changes in Ubuntu since that time.

Do you still see a problem related to the one that you reported? Please let us know if you do as I have no problem opening the image using Ubuntu 18.04 and Firefox 61.
