Bug Description

If the spanish locale package (mozilla-firefox-locale-es-es) is instaled and spanish locale is selected firefox is unable to start and displays the error box:

Error de lectura XML: entidad no definida
Ubicación: chrome://browser/content/browser.xul
Número de línea 1140, columna 9:
         <toolbarbutton id="go-button"
--------^
     <menuitem id="menu_HelpPopup_reportPhishingtoolmenu"
----^

If I change the locale firefox starts as normal.

I can confirm this bug.

I installed the Spanish support and tried Firefox but I get the same error as above.

I can confirm this bug. Firefox generates the same error with the en-gb locale.

Same error for fr-fr locale.

I comment lines generating errors in XUL files and firefox start without "search form" and Tab bar.
