Bug Description
My firefox is exhibiting some strange behaviour. If firefox is not running yet on the system (say, just after system start), and I click on an https link in, say, an email message (in Thunderbird, not sure if that's relevant), then the browser is started but displays a message saying that it cannot communicate with the server. Http URL's work fine, but https is busted.
If, however, I start firefox manually first, THEN click on the link, it works fine.

Is this the same bug as #57923? Even though the other bug speaks of "when opened from thunderbird" it looks like the same problem.
