I get the same problem with LANG=en_gb:

XML Parsing Error: undefined entity
Location: chrome://browser/content/browser.xul
Line Number 1140, Column 9:
        <toolbarbutton id="go-button"

but if I run
LANG=en_us firefox
I get no problems.
