Bug Description
Binary package hint: firefox
this is not bug 191889 which according to a recent comment is fixed.
I am running Lucid. Recently I have to connect to the net via gnome-ppp quite a lot (bug 574192). Firefox starts in offline mode in that case since network-manager is in offline mode even though the connection is available via gnome-ppp.
