Unable to start the java application from the web page, previous version had no problem with this web page

This is the Bid web page from the Mexican government www.compranet.gob.mx, this page display correctly with chrome and IE8.

The sequence to reproduce the error is:
Licitaciones -> Vigentes -> Adquisiciones -> Todas

The message from firefox is:

Bad Request
Your browser sent a request that this server could not understand.
Oracle HTTP Server Powered by Apache/1.3.19 Server at web.compranet.gob.mx Port 8005

I haven't had more information besides the messages that firefox display.
