Can't setup the print setup certain options of firefox. The Option for Page Setup doesn't have the option for setting headers and footers for all pages. The options are only available through print page and only for that page.

Same problem here with Firefox 36 in Ubuntu 1404LTS.

I have no Page Setup option on the File menu.
Print Preview > Page setup has no Headers + Footers options.
Print > Options can change the Headers + Footers for the current print, but the settings are not retained for subsequent print operations. I think I last changed headers + footers in Firefox 30, 12.04LTS, and the settings via Print > Options were retained.

Current problem is the same in both Unity and Xfce.
