Tools -> Manage Content Plug-ins in the curent lucid firefox displays no info
This is for both the "Plugins in Use" when a plugin is being used or "All plugins - both are blank

Reproduced in firefox 3.6+nobinonly-0ubuntu6 on AMD64 as well.
