Bug Description

Binary package hint: firefox-3.0

The previous version kept save locations separate for different windows (possibly even dif. tabs). When I have several windows always open for different activities and want files saved from those windows to always go a dif. directory, it is now complicated as I have to constantly find the correct location for each save.

I see. I dont think that this is something that can be easily
fixed. Did it work in firefox 2?

 status incomplete

Alternatively you can add locations to the gtk file chooser for quick
access (Add+ on the left)
