Bug Description

firefox_1.0.7-0ubuntu18 renders MathML very strangely (read: unusable). Go to
http://www.mozilla.org/projects/mathml/demo/texvsmml.xhtml and check the output
(after installing all the neeeded fonts as described at
http://www.mozilla.org/projects/mathml/fonts/. Mozilla 1.7 itself renders it
perfectly. See screenshots.

doesn't latex-xft-fonts contain all the needed fonts?
it contains all the fonts AbiWord 2.4 needs for MathML at least.
