Bug Description
A feature of previous Firefox issues was to let the user choose the enlargement factor for a page to be specified. This was removed in newer versions and would be a nice-to-have.

Correct, now you can only Zoom-In, Zoom-Out and Reset Zoom. This is the same for Firefox 3.0.1. I would consider this a wishlist-feature, not a bug.
