When trying to upgrade to Hardy Heron from Gutsy Gibbon, I got the following error:

Thank you for letting us know about this. I would like Alexander to look at this before i give a work around as the work around can hurt system if not done correctly.

The problem is the renaming of firefox to firefox-2 but this is first time ive seen this issue for this package.
Alexander is there a nice way of fixing this besides --force on peoples systems from dpkg.

This issue resolved itself later on when I completed the upgrade by running sudo apt-get -f install, which I was required to do anyway due to manually installed custom packages, and as far as I can tell this "bug" didn't, in fact, cause any real problems.
