Bug Description

Currently no major browser is available for the RISC-V architecture on Ubuntu.

In https://github.com/makotokato/gecko-dev/tree/riscv64 26 patches are available to build Firefox for the RISC-V architecture.

Please, consider if we can create a RISC-V build for Ubuntu.

As explained here: https://discourse.ubuntu.com/t/feature-freeze-exception-seeding-the-official-firefox-snap-in-ubuntu-desktop/24210, we're moving to a snap package for firefox.

The good news is, that snap is based on core20, which supports riscv64.

There will probably be build dependencies that need work though, starting with clang, which doesn't appear to be distributed as a binary package for RISC-V (from a cursory glance at https://github.com/llvm/llvm-project/releases).

Packaging for the firefox snap is at https://code.launchpad.net/~mozilla-snaps/+git/firefox-snap, contributions welcome!
