Thanks for taking the time to report this bug. Unfortunately, we are not able to fix and find the bug because your description of the bug didn't have enough information in it. You may find it helpful to read "How to report bugs effectively", http://www.chiark.greenend.org.uk/~sgtatham/bugs.html. We'd be grateful if you would then provide a more complete description of the problem.

Sala remove libflashsupport.so should fix this issue but it is known to cause crashing but it might have been fixed already. Flash shipped the fix in 9.0.124 release and we found that libflashsupport.so was holding this back, this is a dupliocate of another bug(maybe more like 30 other bugs) i will try to find it, its either on flash or on Pulse Audio cant remrember.

Please dont assign your self to bugs unles syou plan on fixing them, Mozilla bugs are important in that reason and IIRC bugs team stopped that practice due to noone knew who was doing what on bugs as i recall. I heard about it from someone since i was gone during the change back.
