cannot log onto my online banking

Bug Description

the following error messages appear:
Secure Connection Failed
cannot communicate securely with peer: no common encryption algorithm
(Error code: ssl_error_no_cypher_overlap)

I am also unable to log on to Ryanair.com
which gives the same error messages !

But I can log onto these sites with my mobile phone without problems !

What is happening?

Thank you for reporting this problem to Ubuntu.

Ubuntu 10.10 (maverick) reached end-of-life on April 10, 2012.

See this document for currently supported Ubuntu releases:
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Releases

Your version of Firefox is also very old.

Please install a currently supported release of Ubuntu. If you then find the bug is still present in the newer Ubuntu version, please add a comment here telling us which new version it is in.
