Bug Description
Firefox will often blank out and feature a large "loading" wheel on my screen as if it is waiting to reload the page or something. When this happens, all tabs need to be reloaded but it takes about five minutes for the computer to even respond and begin loading the site(s) again.

Is this still an issue now that Firefox 65.0 is the currently supported version?
