Mozilla website tells me Firefox is out of date on new 17.10 install

* Download latest 17.10 iso image, install onto computer, do all updates
* Open Firefox web browser, observe two tabs, Ubuntu Start page and Mozilla Firefox page

Mozilla Firefox page says:-

"Your Firefox is out-of-date
get the most recent version to keep browsing securely.
[Update Firefox]"

Clicking the blue "Update Firefox" button takes me to a page which starts the download of a tarball of Firefox 56.0.1.

A normal user at this point might be tempted by the banner to unpack and use this version of Firefox, rather than the one in the archive.

Perhaps we should see about suppressing the box, or, preferably we should update Firefox to the latest version.
