WebRTC webcam support broken in firefox due to apparmor

Bug Description
In order to use sites that make use of WebRTC's webcam support, firefox needs access to the /dev/videoN device. When I applied the latest firefox update over the last week, apparmor was set to enforcing mode, which broke sites that use WebRTC, like https:/
