Thanks for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better. We appreciate the difficulties you are facing, but this appears to be a "regular" (non-security) bug. I have unmarked it as a security issue since this bug does not show evidence of allowing attackers to cross privilege boundaries nor directly cause loss of data/privacy. Please feel free to report any other bugs you may find.

Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better. We are sorry that we do not always have the capacity to look at all reported bugs in a timely manner. You reported this bug when installing Firefox sometime ago. There have been many changes in Ubuntu and Firefox since that time. However, your problem should have been fixed with one of the updates.

It would help us a lot if you could confirm that this issue has been fixed. However, if it is still an issue, kindly upload the updated logs by running once in a terminal:

apport-collect 1545317

and add any additional information that you think relevant. Alternatively, please confirm that this is no longer a problem and that we can close the report. If we do not hear from you this bug report will automatically close in approximately two months time.

Thank you again for helping make Ubuntu better.
