In fact, there are two problems here. Firstly, the website is supplying an
incorrect Content-Type of text/plain. This is the same as
https://rt.admin.canonical.com/Ticket/Display.html?id=38

Secondly, this error causes Firefox to become confused about the type of the
file. This latter is the same as upstream bug
