Top of highlighted text in URL bar is truncated

It looks like there are a few pixels truncated off the top when text is highlighted. See the attached screenshot for an example.

This may be related: after upgrading to 15.10, I noticed that Firefox UI text is being rendered a little too high. The text in the URL bar is a pixel or two higher than I remember -- it's easier to see for URLs that begin with HTTPS.

This is happening in multiple places: the URL bar, the search bar, the status tooltip. Perhaps the height used for drawing the text doesn't match up with the height used for drawing the selected-text rectangle?

We are sorry that we do not always have the capacity to review all reported bugs in a timely manner. You reported this bug some time ago and there have been many changes in Ubuntu and Firefox since that time.

Do you still see a problem related to the one that you reported using currently supported versions of Ubuntu and Firefox as I can't reproduce the issue with Ubuntu 18.04 and Firefox 63?

Please let us know if you do otherwise this bug report will expire in approximately 60 days time.
