Bug Description

Using Firefox in Hoary, if I go to Bookmarks -> Manage Bookmarks... -> File ->
Import..., the dialogue box that appears should be the Bookmark Import Wizard.
The box does appear, but the buttons in the box aren't labelled and only have
their icons. They do nothing when clicked, and so bookmarks cannot be imported.

Which locale are you using? (go to about:config and type "locale" into the
search bar)
I can only reproduce this problem using en_GB.
