I would suggest to extend the summary. A lot of dupes (like the last 3) have
only "download" and "dialog" as catchwords. Not all people search in such a case
for "modal dialog" and "necko". Like me.

This bug could lead to dataloss due to timeouts of the halted downloads. That is
not only normal severity and not only a performance issue. Keyword mozilla1.1 is
obsolete too.
