In some websites, Hebrew is shown reverse

Because the using of PANGO in Hoary, some Hebrew text is shown reverse. For example:
שלום (Hello)
is appear as:
םולש (olleH)

You can see it in many places (but not all), as the writing standard HTML page
of the hebrew mozilla team:
http://www.mozilla.org.il/evangel.shtml
Or, you can see it in this screenshot (ugly isreali news site):
http://img232.exs.cx/my.php?loc=img232&image=img18vl.jpg

It's appear OK when you comment these lines in /usr/lib/mozilla-firefox/firefox:
(or using another browser)
MOZ_ENABLE_PANGO=1
export MOZ_ENABLE_PANGO

The tooltip bug isn't occur when I use Hebrew locale and firefox is shown RTL,
so maybe it has an easy fix.

Should I open another bug report on this?
