Firefox lost Unity integration: maximize window shows regular window bar.

Bug Description

Firefox no longer maximizes as a Unity application. It keeps its main window bar, including close, minimize, and maximize buttons, at all times. This happens even when maximized.

I've tried maximizing and unmaximizing using all know methods (double click, pressing button, and dragging windows to the global panel), but no luck.

Here's a screenshot of the Firefox windows maximized and showing buttons on both the regular window, and in the global menu:

This happens in all Firefox profiles.

Thanks in advance for your help.
